The Buchan Institute offers courses and seminars on delegation. The need to delegate exists within every workplace whatever its size or purpose. No single person has the time, skill or knowledge to do it all alone. Each of us must regularly delegate tasks to people who can help with our role’s responsibilities. It is how we get work done and take care of our spirit in the workplace. Each can be held internally for a businesses leaders, manager and employees.

Course or Seminar
Learn why delegation is much more than handing out tasks to whoever is available. Identify three immediate ways to improve your delegation. Find out how to be sure the other person has a full understanding of what you need done.
Learn why poor delegation costs your business time and staff. Identify three things which will immediately improve your delegation. Then add some more to make it even better again.
Raise yourself to a level where you can confidently delegate in a wide range of situations and unpredictability. Be recognised as having excellent skills. Learn what you need to know in order to coach or mentor others in their development.
Sessions are scheduled individually at a company's request and there are minimum numbers required for optimal results.
